| Q1 | What are the things I should prepare for Seawalker? |
| It's simple, just be yourself, grab along
with you your swimwear,Towels, and your beach
sandals. And Oppss! dont forget your suntan lotion.  back to top |

| Q2 | I don't know how to swim!! |
| It's OK ! you dont have to worry about it. All you have to do is walk under water! Knowing how to swim is not necessary.

| Q3 | Will there be somebody who will guide with us when we're underwater? |
| Absolutely YES! We have trined instructors who will guide or facilitate you.

| Q4 | But I have contact lenses / eyeglass |
| Since we are using a very high end equipment,
wearing eyeglasses or contact lenses is not a problem. So,you can still have them on underwater during the activity.

| Q5 | Can I bring my kids along, or an elderly person? |
| Yes you can! Our trip is open for almost all ages. And if ever they can't join Seawalking, We have other numerous activities that they can enjoy.

| Not only fish, but a school of fish and you
will get to experience the fish feeding which
is very enjoyable activity, and a dream come true.

| Q7 | Where is this Seawalking located? |
| Well its in the heart of Mactan Island, Inside
the Cebu Beach Club Resort, Buyong Maribago Lapu-Lapu. It is 15minutes from Shangri-la Hotel or Plantation Bay hotel. Dive sight is almost 200meter from beach.

| Q8 | Where can I booked the seawalker tour or activity? |
| Its so easy and simple, you can make your
reservation through your respective tourist guide or your travel agency, Hotel, or if not you can call us direct. Our operator will always willing to answer all you questions. back to top

| Q9 | Can you pick me up in my hotel where I stay? and what time is departure time？ |
| Since you are our guest, we dont want you
to hassle. We have a driver who will pick you up, and bring you back to the hotel as well. The activity well start at 8:00am and ends at 3:00 pm. So its all up to you what time are you going to choose, but we always advice the guest to book us a day before to avoid time conflict.

| Q10 | Where is the oxgen tank? What will happen if I consumed all the air inside the Helmet? |
| Seawalker will always do it in a healthy
way, the helmet is what we call is a hollow
in design, so when you do the activity the fresh air will come in, and theres a hose at the back of the helmet which is attached to our compressor on the boat. So, in this way theres no way that you can consumed all the air.

| Q11 | How long is the tour does it takes? |
| Well, seawalker make some packages for you
to choose and decide. If your time is limited we have a package which will not take longer time, but if you have all the time, then you can join our full package activity. If you take Only Seawalker, underwater walikng is around 25minutes. back to top

| Q12 | Do we need some lesson? or someone give us a special lecture? |
| Ah! not really a lesson or lecture, our staff
will just give you a quick brief and some precautionary measures about the activity.

| Q13 | My wife is pregnant, can she try Seawalker? |
| That's a sad thing about it, because we dont
allow, better yet she can join as soon as she can deliver her baby.

| Q14 | We have 3years old child. can We take him to a boat together? |
| In a boat you can, but to join the activity,
sorry its not possible. back to top

| Q15 | How deep will we go underwater? |
| Well, it depends on the sea level if the
tide is very high the deep will be six meters, but if not , the deep is 5 meters only. back to top

| Q16 | We want some underwater picture for remembrance? |
| In Seawalkwer, we always want you to treasure
all the things that you did, so we have the underwater camera with film to capture you every single moment. Underwatre Photograph is available only $10 per person include develop and deliver to your Hotel. We also have a disposable camera if you like.

| Q17 | Why water will not get inside? the Helmet bottom is closed? |
| The helmet bottom is not closed its hollow
or open, and because of the air pressure the water will not go inside definitely. back to top

| Q18 | My son is disabled. Can he try Seawalking? |
| Well that always depends, the kind of dissability
of your son. If he can use his hands and foot free, there is no problem to join seawalker. back to top

| Q19 | What is ear equalize? |
| This means you are equlizing the pressure
coming from you ear. To do this, just pinch your nose, and close your mouth and blow as strong as you can. then that's it, very easy and simple.  back to top

| Q20 | What about the manner of billing? can I pay through my Credit card? or Can I pay in Peso? |
| We always give our guest the most covenient
for them. which means ,they can pay whatever currency they like or even Visa or Mastercard. For the credit card payment, we charge 5% bank tax.
